2. Provision of the website

When this website is accessed, technically necessary connection data is processed, in particular the IP address, time of access, requested page or file, browser and device information, and HTTP status code. This serves to provide and secure the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website.

Hosting and IT service providers are engaged as processors for hosting and technical operation. The web server does not store routine access logs. Data required to investigate a specific error or security incident is deleted once the investigation is complete unless statutory obligations prevent deletion.

If you contact us by email, the information you provide is processed to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and, for contract-related enquiries, additionally Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Email and IT service providers may be engaged as recipients or processors.
